EDIT 16/10/2010 I really, really, really appreciate all the faves (and even moreso the comments) that you lovely people leave on this piece. It makes me feels warm and fuzzy inside (troofax). Still, I'd love it even more if you took a few minutes to browse the rest of my gallery. I have a lot of pretty diverse stuff in there, and I'm sure you'll find something else to your liking Thanks!

Steven Wilson = Porcupine Tree =
ENGLISH MUCH I wish I could say I did this using some amazing coloured Prisma-Karisma-Sharizma pencils, but I can't I didn't have any with at the time, so I popped into the first post office and bought the only ones they had, the uber-cheap primary school kind. Which shows, really. But I like.
POLSKI YEAH Chcialabym powiedziec, ze zrobilam to jakimis super bajeranckimi kredkami, ale klamalabym Nie mialam zadnych przy sobie, wiec poszlam na poczte i kupilam jedyne jakie mieli, a wiadomo jakie na poczcie sie kupuje kredki. No coz.
I absolutely adore this. You've not only managed to capture his likeness very well, but I think you also portrayed part of his essence and his music also. I think the play with the colors and shapes reflects Porcupine Tree's more psychedelic atmospheric sound. And I like the contrast with the darkness and the bright vivid colors (also a visual representation to some of Wilson's music/lyrics perhaps), it definitely makes you think of the lighting of a concert stage, which can be tricky to represent correctly. Very impressive work. I even like the use of the "uber-cheap" pencils, the texture gives it character I think, if it was too perfect it would lose a certain quality to it as a Steven Wilson piece...if that makes sense.
