I'm not going to say I'm leaving dA. I've been around here for too long to do that, I'm connected to this place in more ways than just habit. My problem is twofold: the first is that I no longer find pleasure in using this place, it's become too big, impersonal, quick-fix-y, fav-and-run-y etc.; the second is that I hardly have anything to show anyway, and when I do the response is close to zero, so I might as well not have bothered. I joined this place to improve, and improve I did, by proverbial leaps and bounds; however, that is now over, and I find it borderline impossible to get some proper critique of my work on here anymore. I could spend hours plugging my stuff in groups, forums and chats, but that horrible, ugly bastard known as "real life" keeps getting in the way, and if I were to devote my free time to self-pimpage I'd have little to no time left to actually create stuff and do more trivial shit like eat and sleep.

tl;dr: I'll be around with the odd fav and comment, and I might put stuff up from time to time, but don't count on me being as permanent a fixture as I once used to be.

As always, the only fail-safe way to actually get my attention is noting me. Comments get lost or overlooked, notes - NEVAR!
