First of all, great work with the grandness and "imperal" feel of the piece. Even without the title you get the impression that she is ...

First off, I'm really enjoying the design - a combination of zombie, witch, native American and hot babe is quite the striking one...

On the 22nd on January, 1986, a-ha's "The Sun Always Shines on TV" was number one in the British charts. Meanwhile, on the other side of the Berlin Wall and oblivious to current musical trivia, my mother was trying to convince the doctors that she is, in fact, giving birth.

Elo elo, as they say it in my part of the globe.

Man, have things been insane. Uni has got me running around like a cat with a bladder infection, and because I'm tired, I'm sleeping up to ten hours a day. Monday to Friday that leaves me roughly three hours a day to do other stuff, which is, in most cases, homework; Saturdays I have classes until 5pm, so I usually have the evenings off (which means I spend most Sundays getting myself together and/or catching up with friends and things I otherwise have no time for). It's all great fun, though, I'm meeting tonnes of new and interesting people, doing assignments that challenge my way of thinking and overall having a jolly good laugh. It's certainly refreshing after the extremely lax HE system in the UK (classes twice a week, anyone?).

Because of classes I've really gotten into analogue photography; so far there's only one of my photos up in here, but if you have me added on Facebook you'd have seen my photos from uni. On Tuesday I'm going to develop a film and a set of photographs by hand for the first time, and next Friday we're going to make our first set of hand-made offset prints. I'm also being kicked back into drawing on paper, partially due to lectures, partially due to classes. Hopefully I'll have stuff good enough to post onto dA soon :)

Now, I'm off to Oslo for the weekend, so see you honeybunnies Sunday evening. In the meantime, please do tell what's up (or down) in your lives!

Also, following Luke's new potential bandwagon: MAN, I had bad hair six years ago.

In my defence, I dyed them brown soon after that shot was taken.

wow, way to make me feel old.

I was at high school, on the verge of meeting my now ex-husband and already obsessed with Marillion, bedroom walls were covered in posters and (bad) attempts from me to redraw Mark's album covers ;)
